Ok I checked the links but still not sure what is going on.. haven't had access fixed and still don't see us on the member list..

It's very simple, really:  The roster of Member Clans got updated and inactive clans were removed.  You can read Devdas' post again, that's pretty self-explanatory.  Nonetheless, here's a sum up:

All inactive Clans were to contact us in one of 4 ways, and had over 2 months to do so.
2 weeks after the deadline, the roster got updated:
Inactive Clans who failed to contact us were removed from the roster of Member Clans.
Therefore, the representative of these former Member Clans had their forum access adjusted to regular access.

If Aethyr Knights re-joined yesterday, the changes should reflect soon.  I could not attend yesterday's session, so as soon as I can get the logs, I'll check this out.  But you will have to be patient a little, as it will not be immediate


In case you missed it, Pheats announced changes that will affect the CoT, the Newland City Council and the Board of Directors, all.  You can read the post that Pheats made for details.

To reflect these recent changes, the Council protocols have been updated.  You can view them here.  That should help you get up to speed after your absence.

I was present for the meeting (tho a bit late arriving) Still don't have access. Fixing this asap would be nice. I've done all I can do but wait. And waiting for 2 weeks is making me impatient.

You were present for the meeting, however, I was partially to blame.  It didn't cross my mind to ask you if AK was re-joining.  The meeting was practically over when you joined.

To make sure you know... you will have to re-join at the next CoT meeting and pay the yearly fee.

I managed to set your access without blowing something up.  If you have issues with it, or it's still not right, let us know.

Awesome thanks hun. And yeah that is fine on the protocols. I can take care of the fee anytime someone sees me online.. As for rejoining Knights of Avalon all the way.
